All Year Appliance Repairs is a superb company that delivers good, old fashioned, quality work that is done to the customer’s satisfaction.  Mr . Mainni Saeed is an expert in appliance repair.   He KNOWS appliances and how to fix them, at a very reasonable price.   He quickly diagnosed  the problem with our old dryer, ordered the part, and installed it without unnecessary delays.  He also was able to assess a problem with our gas cooktop and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Needless to say, I am always on the lookout for a good repairman, plumber, contractor, etc. So far, I have had many more negative experiences than positive. After one company tried to fix my washing machine, I was not satisfied. Luckily, my next call went unanswered. The next call was to Maani, and I am happy to say I finally found "one of the good guys". Before scheduling an appointment, Maani spent 20 minutes on the phone talking about my problem. He arrived the next day and spent the time to diagnose and explain the problem to me. Next, he told me to purchase new because the parts and labor would be a couple hundred dollars less than brand new. That night he called me to tell me what he found online for good washers. I was blown away by the customer service. He could have made ~$500 off me and only walked away with $59.95 (his service call fee). Honest, caring and skilled! For a day, I forgot I lived in the DMV.
