Manni Saeed was a pleasure to have in my house. I felt like I took a chance not using Sears for a repair to my Kenmore dryer but Manni knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the problem, talked to me about it, based on my concurrence he started the repair and the work was quickly done. Then,he showed me what he did and how to prevent the problem from recurring in the future. Also, the total price wasn’t much beyond what Sear was going to charge just for showing up two weeks from now.

On time. Explained the problem well. Quick diagnosis and excellent service.

The technician showed up when he said he would, was very helpful and friendly, and worked with us to find solutions to repair our older appliance.

Arrived on time, efficiently diagnosed and repaired the problem. We were pleased to find someone who repaired rather than recommending discarding appliances. Technician was personable, didn’t mind us watching as he performed the repair, and willingly provided explanation as he went along. Only caveat is to be sure to ask about full cost structure prior to initiating any repairs to avoid surprises.

Maani arrived pronto and got right to work on my ASCO dryer. It required a couple of parts which he had in his truck, thereby making the repair quick and efficient. I am very pleased with All Year Appliance Repairs and found Maani to be very intelligent and to the point. Will call him the next time something goes haywire!

The technician came the same day during the scheduled hours. He was very friendly and fixed my leaking dishwasher in 30 minutes. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Maani came on time and prepared to repair my washing machine. He did a good job and used the time effectively. While waiting to check the cycle of the washer, he also did an electric repair that was needed in the same laundry room. I was very satisfied and I’m happy to recomend him.

Wow, Manni is awesome! I found him today after calling around locally trying to find anyone who could fix my washing machine before Thanksgiving with no luck, then I turned to Yelp and found Manni. He actually answered the phone and then came out a couple hours later, amazing. My washing machine would not drain and was full of water. I have a Kenmore Elite unit with more lights and buttons than a spaceship and was not even thinking about trying myself. Manni found the problem and fixed it right away. I don’t even think he was here an hour. Incredible! Price was very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and definitely will.

Maani answered the phone at 8 AM and was at my house by 1:30 that day. He fixed my dryer right away and was really courteous about it.  Thank you for the great service.

This is the second time Manni has come to my house to fix something – the first was the dishwasher and he did such a quick and good job that when my disposal stopped working I didn’t hesitate.  He was here about 45 minutes and changed out the broken disposal for a new one.  I find him to be very good, polite, clean and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The repairman was timely, called in advance, and fixed the problem in an efficient manner. This was a relatively simple oven repair, but he made sure the oven was totally functional before leaving.

This company was very responsive and willing to move their schedule around to accommodate my work hours. He was polite and respectful. He quickly replaced the suspected part, but when that didn’t fix the leak, he returned the next day to further investigate. He spent 1 1/2 hours taking the dishwasher apart, found internal leaking and rust. In the end, we had to replace the dishwasher as it was more cost effective. All Year was honest from the start and they cost a lot less than another company we tried to do business with.
